    The extension is in DND - That can't be, because other extensions can call back and forth to any extensions. Like ext 15 can call ext 16, but none of them will ring on a call, except ext10.     No They all ware set for immediate ring. Feature 00, Left Intercom, Left Intercom, Right Intercom, Ext #, all lines are solid, lighting up. No flashing.

    Thank you for the help from all of you. At the moment all phone calls are going to extension 10 and all other phones just flashing without a sound. I have no idea why?
