Sorry, I'm not exactly sure who we are using for gift cards. Using version 5.0 of Res 3700 Build 5.0.0400.0774. Thanks for responding. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Hey guys! I'm looking into an issue a restaurant I'm affiliated with is having.. When a server runs a gift card to pay for a check, it will not print out a receipt for the customer to tip on and sign. It only prints out what seems to be a type of validation chit.
