    Thanks to you all, regarding the intercom number, what I mean is that .if you have an extension let say 1408 and you are calling 1406 the extension 1406 does not ring but if you pick it up you can hear 1408 talking.     Hi SBCSU, Thanks for the prompt response .dialling an intercom number. it is happening on about 30 intercom phones. the other numbers are working ok. When you make a call to the intercom number you hear it ringing but the other party can not year the ring out to pick your call
