I'm unable to select the "Add" or "Edit" options for the manager back office access levels - those are also greyed out after clicking the actually "edit" button to make changes. This happened once before, we suddenly lost the ability to do a "refresh data" overnight - the option just went away...

Tried to check the permissions in back office, it seems like most things are set to "run" for this login - including Refund.

Still greyed out, here's what I did: I clicked to Maintenance > Labor > Access Levels > Financial (1) and almost all the options were checked except "Non-Cash Refund", which I checked and saved. I probably won't see any changes until we do a "refresh data" though, right?

Update: Noticed that the CIT.DBF is also empty, no entries. In the backup from a month ago it has all the category entries in the left hand column, then lists the items that belong to it in the right hand column. I'm hoping I can just copy over the good CAT.DBF and CIT.DBF files over to NEW...

Update: CAT.DBF (BOOTDRV\ALOHA\DATA) is empty, no entries. I found a backup from yesterday. Also empty, no entries. Looking in another backup I found from 2016, I have entries. Might this be my problem? Still looking into it. Any insight would be appreciated! Edit: Found a CAT.DBF file...
