Getting numerous Event 310 error codes during the day,cleared error codes out and replaced T-1 Card and error codes came back again this morning.Customer complains on outgoing calls sometime they can't be heard but can hear caller fine.Frontier says circuit clear???Next step......
Norstar is getting a bunch of 310-**** event codes from the PRI,customer reports delayed conversations and occasional disconnects,Phone company says circuit test clear,replaced T-1 Card and no resolution,still happening....What next???
