I've got a sx 200 el/ml. i did a change of the tenant # on an analog extention, so that second calls to fax would get a busy instead of going to Auto Attendant. (DID setup). now i cant call LD with that line. I think I need to do something in the interconnect table (form 5) but am unsure...
this is on a MiVoice 250. also experiencing dropped calls. trunks in are analog LS. have checked all trunks.

I have had to replace a Express Messenger card in a SX200 EL/ML, got a refurbished card from a supplier.

The only setting I see that I should have is the Transfer to connect allowed,
transfer call to another extension, hang up, it should connect. It doesn't.
any ideas what I am missing for such a simple setting.
using L/S trunking into the system, going from the call Route table> Hunt group> to ext.
only 1 call at a time can be in place. the display on reception phone will say, 1 call waiting. Problem is the only way to pick up second call is thru a reverse transfer button.

is it possible to change the trunk # display on sets? instead of showing calls coming in on trunk 92001 etc, would be nice to see line 1, or the trunk phone #.
that was the ticket. thanks for your assistance. They wanted a group mail box to pick up after several layers of ringing. Also with no AA in the picture. I actually built a MBox for 2002.
I will check that out. this is going to be a group mail box, with multiple users having visibility to it. plus no AA. So I never thought of this. will let you know tomorrow. thks
built a phantom ext & mbox. built him as a user. am able to reach it on internal calls.
Not from a trunk. when I watch the SAD tool, the trunk is calling the extension, but VM is not picking up.
any ideas?
