Okay Thanks. But in this case, the server didn't reboot and the default task flow was already selected. It still disconnects and i have not been able to find a permanaent fix for this issue

IPOCC Taskflow keeps disconnecting and customer has to keep re-activating it to make it work. Does anyone know how to fix this issue on Avaya IPOCC? The customer does not want to keep re-activating.
