Go to web interface/or just phone. Check if its possible that phone can ping your STMI ip. Then in phone parameters add SIP adress- your STMI ip adress SIP id- your sbcsu stno that's should be enouhg.

If you just change bfdat - it wont work. You need to dell bcsu stmi first, then add bfdat with parameters you need, and add new stmi bcsu, and change it ip/mask with cgwb.
