Hey troops..
I have a customer that has extended 2 stations to a remote location. These sets are 1140s. This is for a new customer to use their system, however they do not want to play MOH for these sets. Is there a way to maybe in COS to not play music from these 2 sets only??
Silly question...
When going to the main menu, trying to assign a recording to a channel.. I get "you do not have access to this channel"
All channels say the same thing..
Customer is going to a new service provider. This is an SRG.
They wanted to know what ports are needed to be turned on for the firewall. I would think their IT dept would know this, but NOT!!
Does anyone have any idea for the new configuration ??
We have a console that buzzes constantly when call waiting comes in. Want to make it buss then stop, so the noise will not be heard by first caller..
Any suggestions??
Wanting to program a boss to Secretary key. Secretary presses key and a buzz then a hands free talk path is established. Does anyone remember how to accomplish this !!
When the TN is printed there is no KEM prompts. The only thin I see that refers to an add on module is in the CLS.
We keep getting error codes on this TN. Switch is not seeing KEMs because they are no longer installed and is looking for them. There are no keys programmed for KEMs. Anyway I can...
Thank you all for the information. We have determined that they are using XLST for these stations.
Not sure why they elected to do this, no one can call an extension or the hotel operator.... However.. it is what it is..
Thank you all again..
I have a Nortel option 61. This is a hotel setup. There are some stations that do not dial a "9" to call out. They can not dial station to station and that is OK. It is like they are connected to a 1fb line. How is this accomplished?
