Ok, let me provide some more information: 108 was our calloff line/extension, employees would call into 108 and leave a message about their reason for calling off of work. We have changed the procedure, so just want an announcement that says the procedure has changed but doesn't allow a message...- Macgyver16502

Information Mailbox - Problem
We are using a 3 digit extension. Needed to change 108 to information, so I deleted the mailbox and recreated it. An announcement has been recorded. When I call the extension, I do not get an announcement. My display shows "Mailbox full" Not sure what I did wrong.- Macgyver16502
