    Thanks for your reply. The system used to be on 1.1, but it is now running on a more recent version (5.xx). It looks like it might be the hardware issue you're talking about.

    Thank you for your replies. I'm in Québec, so I'll turn to the nearest dealer for help about this. I already have the programming tool, which I need to to the upgrade. I know how to do this upgrade, but I just don't have the new file to replace the old one on the SD card.
