BCM 400 autoattended conpany greeting
Hello I've updated our company greeting for our auto attendent and on playback it is the new greeting however, on testing by calling the company phone it is still the old greeting, i've reset the BCM entirely to see if it is a general update issue, but that was unsuccessful.
