From what I see in the documentation, that Idle Pattern has something to do with ALAW and ULAW. Since the system is in Europe, and we're using ALAW, the value that should be used is 213. Do you still recommend changing it?

Thank you very much donb01 and sbcsu! I will try to activate DMC in CGWB. I already confirmed in SDAT that all phones are configured for DMCALLOWED. So I'm not really sure why in CGWB the value is 0! I will let you know if there's any difference.
