I tested both ATA wit a test set. Dial tone present.
Trunk set to tones. F*809 set on both devices.
Will swap ATAs to test.

I've got two buildings on campus (one with CICS 1.0, other with M8x24 DR5) connected via DN to ATA2 to TRUNK. The CICS uses DN 2XX and the 824 uses 3XX. The CICS has one ATA2 installed on DN235 connected to 824 Line/CO7 and the 824 has one ATA2 installed on DN341 connected to CICS line 04...
