Disabled the gen mb and tested. Doesn't go to the gen mb, instead I got thank you for calling and it hung up. Is there a way to have the gen mb play a greeting that would instruct the caller how to return to the main greeting....if that is even possible??
You are correct there is no repeat key in the flash. Return to AA = Y is set. Tried the 000 in both places, calls continue to go to the general mailbox. Sounds like a simple request by the customer but not so simple to make work.
Customer has a flash 2.0 vm and mics 6.o .Customer wants all zero calls in AA to restart ccr tree not transfer to any extension or general mailbox. Cannot make this happen. Thanks for any help.
