when i installed the one x portal on win server 2008 r2 i on the status there is one provider failed to start i don't know why i changed the user EnhTcpaService password and return it back to the default one but there is no change is there any one can help me on this plz

I think i found the problem when i open my one x portal from server i got this failed error from providers CSTA-Provider-1-192.168.1.251 failed

I have samsung galaxy and installed avaya one x mobile preferred beta v 9 the only appear the notification button and mobile icon and the location precision icom but there is no settings icon or button and from the app manager in the android system only reset the data no security settings

How to do that what is the steps from my one x app

thanks aacon for replay and for the information but if you mean that the router configuration by port forwarding it is done as the avaya manual said and i have the problem in iphone one x mobile preferred registration error and on the android ihave an invalid server certification
