I had a client who wanted to, or should I say needed to record all calls in & out & who made or took the call. I installed a "Call Tracker 8" on their system and everything went to one of their PC's. Works well.
OK, more info. I can't give you the sp code as I've loaded another s/w card into the CICS. However, the card in question was rewmoved from a working CICS last month that was 8x16 when I upgraded their CICS to 6.1 as that client needed off premise transfer.
Tried to load a CICS with a NT7B64CM STND 4.12. It's marked mas Standard and according to my Norstar parts list it should be Standard for 16 sets.
Yet it only has 8 extensions with the IATA on ext 229 & not 16 extentions with the IATA on ext 237.
What's going on?

Thought of that Marv, but if I do & it still doesn't work properly I've wasted my time & their's. Still haven't called, so I'm praying it's cleared the fault. In the mean time, I'm pre-programming another one just in case...
CICS 8x8, 4.1. Flash 2 2.0
We had a couple of power fluctuations this past weekend. Client called Monday am stating that if they answered the phone the VM would be heard playing in the background. The weird part is that it wasn't the Company Greeting, but Ext 221's MB greeting. Verified...
