Thank you so much for your quick reply @Austin & @Joe. I was testing all the Scenarios and found that I am able to make direct calls over SCN but only not from DID. I point the ICR to local number and it works, not working over SCN. I heard that DID calls are not possible over SCN, it only works...- jb1990
