Choppy, For the 56xx.PKG a Mitel Partner will be your best bet. As for Ascom firmware I believe you are able to purchase support from them directly but I'm not 100% sure on this. It might be worth reaching out the Ascom direct or a authorized reseller. Thanks, Wish

I strongly believe you have some ports missing on the firewall. You care not receiving the 200 OK once the other end has answered the call. Are you able to capture a PCAP of the call and advise what ports you have set on the fire wall? (No external IPs please).
