I did have that problem on a system and turned off COMCAST VM then the stutter tone cleared. Phantom ring disappeared. The silence trouble is the a new one now.
Three of my customers experience this random silence daily. Two use COMCAST DT one uses VERIZON POTS. Seems to happen on live and transferred calls. Seems like bug or digital pots issue. Happening in 9.0.3 BASIC also. Any thoughts or others experiencing this problem?
