    Hi Mirko, RES 4 doesn't work on Windows 7. It only works on XP you, your server will need to be on RES5 for the clients to install on Windows 7. The version of CAL doesn't matter.

    Thanks for the quick responses guys! I have already checked the triangle and made sure its within the circle. Auto Cutter still jams. The only thing I can think of is Cathal's consensus that the users are tearing the paper prior to it completely printing.
