Here is a weird one.
A user has received 3 separate voicemails in their mailbox. When listening to the 3 messages, it is actually the auto attendant recording for the main phone number of the business playing. It plays the entire AA tree and then disconnects as a regular...

It is definitely annoying now and limits where you can have the control unit sitting. There is no way I can program the units with them sitting on my desk...or even in the same room.
I have two control units sitting in my office that are both squealing at the moment. We have also had 4 others that had the same squeal. We have also had a few that didn't squeal as much. No actual problems yet, (Knock on wood), but the squeal is horrible
I completely agree BFG. 60 minutes is not enough in some cases especially when voicemail is busy and users decide to save messages. The biggest change that helped was reducing the deleted message retention to 1 hour.

From the Avaya docs (take that for what is worth) that setting is for call recording only. I did have the same idea and change that setting just to see if it was the issue anyways and it did not fix the issue.

The J179 works perfectly and can do everything on IPO, yet they go out of their way to nerf the smaller models. Pretty convenient that the J139 has all the features on ACO but yet it is "missing"...

I have a J159 question. Looking at Avaya docs combined with some google searches, it appears that the J159 can have a j100 wireless card and can enable bluetooth. Of course the double fine print (Avaya style) turns out it is on Aura only. On IP Office, the j100 card works for...

46xx had the proper DST settings
Firmware of the phones all match
SYNC interval is not the problem as its been a week.
We still have phones without the proper time. Looks like I am stuck rebooting all the 129s.
Update Post: I made another test extension and the same thing happened. 32 messages this time and 4MB of storage being used. It seems like it is capping at 60 minutes of voicemail recordings and then saying the voicemail is full.
Any ideas out there ?

@derfloh, i will take a look at 46xx. My thought is that if it is 46xx, wouldn't the other IP phones (all 179s and a few 129s) have the same issue ? The 179s and a few 129s of the correct time

There are no other errors showing up on Manager minus the standard voicemail code warnings because i haven't done anything with those yet.
I have only created 1 IP user (SIP Extension on a j179). I have no other users created
Total licensed to the Weblm is 160 IP Endpoints, 10...
For the sake of trying everything, i setup an IP user anyways. Weblm is now showing 1 endpoint reserved.
However my prime server license mode is still saying Weblm error
My expansion control unit says it is connected to weblm
