I checked each recording after I recorded them (Tree /Path 0, Greeting 1)exited the voicemail. logged back in and checked my recordings again. I have replaced the voicemail itself and am still having the same issues with the new voicemail.
I have customer with a CICS with a Call Pilot 100. Everything was working fine up to a week ago. Went in today to delete some voice mail boxes and re-record path 0 on Tree 1. When I tested i noticed that the voicemail was answering the call after 3 rings (as it should) but didn't get my greeting...
