Has the hostname on the IPOCC server changed? If you change the hostname on the server from the configuration that was originally created when the IPOCC was built it will cause the symptoms you are reporting.
Sounds like you do not have enough channels for the number of calls you are trying to make.
If you can post the sys mon trace for when the waiting for line is displayed we should be able to see what is wrong.Default filter plus SIP, SIP call TX and RX
worth checking SSA for resource errors as well

I tried that and it did not work for me the first time around.
I just reloaded the CC DB and now the same flow works a treat.
I guess it just gets added to the "quirks" list

Sean, yes I am using the client to administer VM and although I have VMpro installed on this machine it is not running.
I will try uninstalling the VMpro from this client just in case
That is what I am struggling to get my head around also.
I have checked all passwords and even double checked them against a colleague for fresh eyes but still no go.
I originally thought it may be corrupt VM but reloading did not clear it.
All, I have an IPO server running with VMpro that has been happily working away without issue until yesterday when it just stopped!
No config or MDB changes were made and we have subsequently reinstalled the IPO server from scratch but still no joy.
