Well, the phone rings 6 times now... so I guess my RCO 2 does the same as yours. Problem solved though. It rings enough times now and forwards properly. Thanks for the help!
Thanks. I use that website too and have been researching a lot on there. I changed it to RCO 2. I will see how that works. I wasn't exactly sure if that would do it or if there was an easier way, but I will let you know how the setting RCO 2 works. Thanks again!

Yes, 8000 is the forwadring number. The issue I'm having is that the extension 8489 does not ring long enough and when it finishes the 2 short rings, it hangs up on the caller without forwarding to the operator at 8000.
