im succesfully publish my onex portal to public, and also configure split dns, All feature its working fine when im on local network like VOip iM etc, but when im on outside network, im also be able to login, but still there is some issue with voip (cannot register), what ive done...

in this case i need to register new domain and pointing to my local ip of 1x portal ,is it work if supposed i just use public ip instead of fqdn, on xmpp configuration and on avaya mobile software ?

sorry i cant get you, my status is green (fully connected) when i disable voip, but when i try to call, to ekstenal or interneal. my avaya handset also initiate a call, from my mobile i just can see its connected, but i cant hear any sound from my mobile

you mean i need to enable SIP Remote Ext Enable ? should i disable H323 ext enable, or i can just leave it like that ?, for remote worker i already activate it on the user menu

Okay so you entered the correct domain name on your device? yes, i'm put domain instead of ip address
you are pointing your phone to the one portal server xmpp address? yes and im able to login,
Check on system monitor if you can trace why the SIP client is not registering.
