Hi, many thanks for your response. Obtsystem that is the exact issue we are having, even if we create a phantom handset for the DDI and forward from this we have the same issue. What did you do to resolve it?

We have a block of DDI's, we have our main number (00000 999900) and then (00000 999901 - 00000 999910). The other DDI's are for specific clients, and we answer the phone accordingly. Out of hours these DDIs are forwarded to a 3rd party call handler, we need to pass the DDI’s as a CLIP on...
