    That does sound familiar. I have looked in the installation manual but do not see options for Behind Switch or PBX modes. Do both support squared lines system? How would I change from PBX to Behind Switch? Thanks for your previous reply.

    I have a customer with a relic Merlin II. Recently they had several power fluctuations and lost all the programming. I restored what little programming was needed but they have one last problem. They used to be able to transfer calls to outside numbers using their dial tone vendor's access code...
