Aaaaaand we figured it out. The distributer sent us a SIP card and told us to remove the and replace the daughter card from the combo card and replace it. Tracked it down to showing no VCM and replaced the original card and every thing is all working.

VM pro password set in IP Office security settings and VM pro? It surely is.
Firewall disabled? Correct to see if this was something that was causing issues.
Are you able to start VM pro client and connect to the VM pro server? Yep. The systems are talking but they VM is working.
