    Hello, As the topics states is that even possible ? the operator has said, during a call between two extensions exmaple 5561 and 5563, the call disconnects from one of the extensions and the other called the operators extension mid conversation. How could this happen ?

    sorry for the later respone, The PBX uses SPN, SPN for 011 is route 209 and has an rli of 4 NCOS 0 - 7 all matches 0-0 1-1 2-2 3-3 4-4 5-5 i notices however that the RLI 1 has a FRL 2, while all others match.

    I havent made any changes that should cause this, only name changes, restrict an extension, move a DN. With this issue i'm not sure what to start looking at.
