Thank you for reply. The capability would be adding the supervisor to a team after their group. From there the that super would be able to run reports and statistics on each agent. Problem is I can't get the super into a team. Only groups. Very strange.
I'm setting myself up in WFO as supervisor. I successfully added myself with no problems. I linked up my AD account and added myself to "Assigned Managers" to each group in group administation. When I log into Quality Management Desktop I get the following prompt:

Hello, I have a queue which is showing there are two calls on hold but we've got agents who are in ready status who cannot grab the calls.
Is there a way to clear?
