I did a quick google search and it seems possible to have the Aloha DBs and Crystal Reports sync up. I was wondering if anyone is generating reports in this way as i'm familiar with SQL and i'm sitting here building these dull looking reports in insight. Thanks

The message it says is The system is processing aloha loyalty information. The check cannot be closed until the process completes.

We got a new BOH server and now for some reason after swiping the loyalty card, it just sits there and you cannot close that tab as it is waiting for loyalty information. Have any idea what might be going on?

EDC is telling me I have an expired password, I have changed it several times and done a refresh, same message. I can also put ANYTHING in the password field and it gives me the same message. Anyone know whats going on? Using aloha v 7.0.5
