Are you sure it's not the last 8? In both cases, we use 9 to dial out, so both speed dials start with 9[NUMBER]. Also what if there were multiple numbers that were the same except the last digit. We see the CLID name from the phone company currently, so CLID is working. It does get the number...

Yes I already have these settings. What does CLID match digits do? Do you think this caused by PRI lines vs analog? Our PRI setup doesn't do the speed dial CID, analog does. They have the same speed dial numbers, names, and CLID digits.
