    I know there is a way for a user to start dialing on the keypad of the dterm and it will call an extension. For some reason, I have a phone that is not able to do this. However, there are other phones at this org that can do this. Not seeing the difference in programming in AKYD... Help?

    The toll-free goes to a VM tree (an option from that VM tree is to go to the ACD). ACD pilot is not changing. It's possible I don't know how ACDD works, but when I run LCDD, choose, day mode, RT 1 through 9, DC 0000-9999...I get no data.
