    I have 3 B179 SIP sets. All can make and receive internal calls. I can direct a DID to the Extension and receive outside calls, however, I cannot make a outside call from the sets. In monitor it shows waiting for line. Service is a PRI. All is good on all the other 1616 phones Thanks in advance
