    That was the fix! We had changed voicemail systems, and this line was missed and was still programmed to path to the old voicemail extension. Thank you!

    I found it. Configuration > Capabilities > Set Abilities > Enter Extension > Forward on Busy I'll compare this to a known working extension and see if this is it.

    When I go into the admin panel, with feature **266344 I am not presented with Terminals & Sets, instead I get configuration, General Admin, Set Copy, and Maintenance. Any idea on where to go from there?
