just installed a SV9100 at a small hotel 30 rooms, just wondering if there is any way to get bare minimum license for the hospitality all they really want is to use the wake up call option. Using just inmail or will i need the UM8000?

I think that whoever did the programming gave them the lowest level password because there is nothing showing up in the lower half when i highlight it. In the upper half it shows that there are two active ip sets. I am trying to find out who would know that. Thanks for all the help.

working on a Nortel IP phone, they have a BCM450. They have replaced a broken phone with a new one. I have put the proper IP addresses in but the switch is still recognizing the mac address of the of the old phone to that extension. Once i log into the BCM450 where do i go to disable the old...

thanks for the help, I had to change the timer class for trunks because we were using trunk 1 for paging, also changed the timer class option 5 from the default of 5 seconds i made it 120 just to make sure. I do appreciate getting back to me so soon because i was stumped.

trying to fix a paging problem, i have a NEC SV8100 switch and a valcom 2003AHF. Here is the deal i have a soft key programmed on the phone for paging when i push it and hit zone 1 which is the only zone i get a fast busy tone within 3 seconds. The sv8100 is set at 1200 which is efficient time...
