    The door phone runs into an extension. I talked to Viking this morning. They are sending me a SRC-1. They said to wire it in between the door phone and the pbx and that would allow the 3 extensions in the door phone group to all work the relay. No Ned for the onboard contact closure.

    Thanks for all the suggestions, I think I will go with the line providers forwarding. I thought about that to begin with but didn't do it because they have four lines, they will be ok with only forwarding one of the four so that won't be bad. Thanks again

    When not forwarded the calls Will ring in to hunt group as normal. The set up is analogue lines 1416 phones. It is a farm that needs to receive calls pretty much 24/7 during growing season so they want the flexibility of being able to forward the incoming calls on an as needed basis.

    Avaya IP office 500 V2 8.1 Metaswitch sip trunking

    I used the following link to configure my avaya system for sip trunking. The status shows as idle and when you call you get a fast busy signal on incoming and when you try to call out it rejects all calls. http://devconnect.avaya.com/public/download/dyn/Metaswitch-IPO.pdf Any ideas?
