    Thanks guys! I was able to resolve issue one using your tip belevedere. I went into the Switch Settings and changed the "Enable Idenfitied Subscriber Messaging (ISM)" setting and unchecked that box. Now calls from outside lines go straight to voicemail and it still works internally...
