Thanks Gunnar. pushing the reset button for 40 sec will delete all configuration or reset to factory default.
How about below Procedure
Select File | Advanced | Erase Configuration (Default).
Enter a valid user name and password.
The IP Office system will be rebooted.

When I trying to reomve VAL-board ; I am getting an error stating that Must remove translation on the board before changing circuit pack type. so I run a command remove ip-interface 46A13, nothing shows up. Am I missing something here .... Thanks
