Folks, I have a customer with a UCx50, who is using Norstar 7316e and 7310 phones. The problem is that whenever they try a voice call, the receiving phone becomes muted immediately, causing the sender to not hear an answer-back. Suggestions please?
Thanks Telcodog, but the remote locations do not have 10-digit phone numbers, only SIP phones from the main server, which identifies the server location, not the remote location. I just don't know of any way to make the server identify the remote location, because there is no ANI/ALI spill from...

Folks, I have two M7310's ringing @ the same time when ever you dial either number (223 & 233); I have looked in ANS DN's, ring groups. hunt groups and the like. What did this 'ole retired phone guy forget please? Suggestion(s) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
