I have created a new network zone with different time zone and assign a hot desk user to the new network zone and the time did not change as per new network zone.
We have users connected to one MCD via VPN/MPLS from different locations, some locations time zone is different.
In MCD 7, is it possible to set users to certain time zone on the same controller?
In Windows, we have to go to AppData\Roaming\Mitel\UC to delete the MiCollab account info.
Where do I delete the MiCollab account info in MAC?

call reroute always to voicemail does not work.
Here is the call flow.
Incoming calls goes to AA, select option 1 and then select submenu option 1 (HG 5555). HG 5555 is call reroute always to MB 2222.
when selecting submenu 1, it does not go to MB 2222 but instead, it says welcome to message...
The prairiefyre server is in a different subnet.
The PBX/Prairiefyre server/nupoint is in the same subnet and I can ping and log into it from the data subnet no problem but not the prairiefyre server.
This is a new install.
I have an issue where I can't ping the Prairiefyre server from data subnet and can't log into it using web browser from data subnet but I can RDP to it from a data subnet. Is this a network issue or a setting need to be enable in the prairiefyre server?
I have setup a hunt group and reroute it always to information mailbox but it doesn't play the infomation mailbox greeting, it says "thank you for calling, enter the person you would like to reach".
Is there a way to setup so that it plays the infomation mailbox greeting?
