If it were the contrast alone I'd imagine that it would connect to the network/Mitel 5000 and act like a phone. Since it doesn't do that, there's more than just the contract being all the way up. Yeah, nothing comes up on the screen. Just the backlight. Leaving it for any length of time does not get the phone on the network, and none of the button lights activate. It's about 2 years old, and our vendor that we bought if from only has a 1 year warranty. I called them, and they were no help, sadly.- randalla0622

Mitel 5330 phone won't boot
Over the weekend, one of my 5330 phones decided to just give up. When my coworker came in, the display was full brightness, with nothing on the LCD. Rebooting it does nothing other than turn the backlight on. Trying to get into the settings at boot does nothing. Any ideas on what I might be...- randalla0622
