But can the Voice mail and call waiting work together.
If on hold, it gives an indication to the caller,that the recipient is busy and then diverts to voice mail.
Now the issue is the caller will think that the recipient might be deliberately not picking the line.
I have a problem.
When the user has a call on hold, I want the new calls receive busy tone.if its the first call and is not picked up, it needs to go to voice mail.
I had enabled the busy "BUSY ON HELD" and voicemail but the same is always going to voice mail.

Even though I found the option it didnt work.. as the external CLI was still showing the 3 digit extension number.
I sorted out the issue by adding the short code with 0N/Dial/Ns12345678"@xx.xx.xx.xx"/19

I have one more issue.. when I did as instructed above, the outgoing CLI is the Extension no. ie if the no is (XXXXX123) it displays only 123 at the call receiver end.

I have configured a SIP Trunk under the LINEoption and added 150 MSN numbers with their group ID under the [highlight #CC0000]SIP URI.[/highlight]. I am unable to add the 151st number, as the ADD button is disabled.
