    I also had the case with the cabinet to be replaced. Avaya's diag was "power supply failure". I really prefer upgrading to change hardware ;) Most important is that is solved.

    Thank you JCH-19. That was the issue. IP Office only supports 80 characters long until 11.1.2.3 that increases the limit to 150 chars. I upgraded system to 11.1.2.3, everything is OK since then.
