    Thanks again .. to all ... I added the line and I can use it to call out but when I call the line from the outside the Automated Attendant doesn't answer, line just goes dead ... Does this need to be configured in addition to adding the line?

    Perfect that worked ... I must have deleted the line. I added it to each set. Is there a way to add it to every set globally.

    Ok so if i do Feature * 0 and hit line 3 on my phone I get "FORWARD". I get this on all phones except 1 phone. I'm sure i must have done something. Where can I check if it was deleted? If i go in Line Access it asks me "Show Set" what do I enter here ... 21? 23? Thanks for the quick reply.
