    Sys85 - Would one call park be sufficient? What if multiple people were trying to pick up a call from the Call Park button how do you specify whose call you're picking up?

    i will try the call park button. i agree it is much easier to program IPO and easier to find things. It's just the matching up of features that is a little tricky! :)

    B179 Conf. Phone dialing trouble

    My Avaya B179 Sip phone is registered and I can make external calls. However if i make a call to a number that wants me to enter an extension then i can't seem to enter that number into the phone to get it to go through? We recently upgraded firmware to 2.3.9

    We found that the problem was this user was used in the beginning in Testing and the name was lowercase. Apparently the voicemails were going to this mailbox. We have changed this user and now it's working fine. Thanks for the helpful things to try! My first time reaching out[smile]

    Thank you but i have deleted this user and keyed in by hand and there are no blank spaces. We have deleted the user and rebooted then readded the user and the extension again but still no messages showing up. You can hear their VM Greeting but there are never any new messages.

    We have just went to IP Office release 8.1 running Intuity mode for Voicemail. We have one that we know of user x114 who is not getting voicemail even though we know they have messages. I deleted the user from the system and the extension and rebooted. Added the user back in to the system but...
