They want to run IPOCC with call recording
the IPOCC will handle voice, email and maybe chat
Will I need an addtional server or can i run One-x Portal, Voicemail Pro, Contact Store and IPOCC on the same server

Checked "net time" on my server, and i get the correct response.
set my IPO time server add to the server in question
checked system status, and i can ping the server ip from SSA through lan 1
Yet my polling in ssa fails.

i am trying to find the cause of the problem, surely their is a file it needs to update from, so if i replace the update file then surely the connection will be made?

i am having dificulty setting up dect R4 where in the master base station, the update fails.
If i default my controller and set up the dect it connects and works.
as soon as i load my config with the same ip addressing, the Update fails.

New unit with R9 installed and working.
One problem.
When i want to do a Mute Clear # on my 1608 it will ask for PROC PWD.
I enter CRAFT and allows me to change ip add settings etc.
I cannot Clear the phones.
Any one had the same issue perhaps.
