Ahh bother... that makes sense. I had a feeling it had something to do with our ancient KSU. The 6.1 firmware comes on a software card that pops into the KSU right?- slypher25aussie

Let me first preface this post by saying phone systems isn't exactly my specialty... I'm usually just IT support for computer systems, but I've kinda given myself a crash course in Nortel phone systems. Previously we had M7324 handsets but finally upgraded to T7316E units.
