    Has anyone seen this error, VMPRO is running, SSA sees it, IPO r8.056,Greetings and vm boxes no longer work. All greetings are there. the IT guy upgraded the vm pro pc to windows 10 from windows 7 and this started happening. rebooting ipo brings it back and restarting voicemail pro in windows...

    when 2nd call is answered first call drops

    I have one 9508 set out of 6 that doesn't work properly handling 2 calls - when 2nd call is answered first call drops, all the other phones work properly and I can toggle between calls each time it puts the present call on hold - except for one set - its driving me crazy, can't make it work

    IP Office Twinning stopped working

    Running 11.0.4 build 74, turned off all call recording - still doesn't work. Refer Settings are set to Auto for incoming and Always on outbound - no difference, changed back to Auto for both incoming and outgoing - still no audio on twinned calls

    yes calling in on the SIP trunk and sending the call twinned to cell phone on the same SIP trunk,worked fine before. nothing has changed with internet, router etc... only the upgrade, what do you mean by SIP refer settings?

    I recently upgraded my demo unit from 8.1 to 11.0.4 build 74, twinning had been working fine prior to this. No programming changes were made. Twinning will still ring my cell phone but there is no voice path. I am using a SIP trunk, no changes were made to it. Any ideas?

    Works Great! - still don't know why it stopped working with short codes. Reception phone is set to follow me to: and now her calls are picked up on the portable and transferred easily. Thanks!
